Wellness Offerings

Thoughtfully designed services to help you move, recover, recharge, and reconnect. Whether you’re looking for movement, restoration, or simply looking for a moment to slow down, each experience at Solace & Lune Wellness is focused on intentional wellness and supportive care.

Infrared Sauna & Halo Therapy

Our infrared sauna sessions are designed to support relaxation, recovery, circulation, and nervous system regulation through gentle infrared heat. Optional red light therapy is available for all sessions, and 45-minute sauna sessions may also include a halotherapy add-on to support respiratory wellness and deeper relaxation.

PEMF Mat Sessions

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy uses gentle electromagnetic frequencies designed to support the body’s natural recovery and relaxation processes. These sessions are perfect for stress relief, recovery, and nervous system support, offering a calming experience that helps both the body and mind slow down and reset.

Reformer Pilates

Our reformer Pilates classes focus on building strength, stability, flexibility, and mind-body connection through intentional movement. Classes are supportive, welcoming, and adaptable for all levels, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies in a sustainable way.

Pilates Privates

Private Pilates sessions offer personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to your individual goals, needs, and experience level. Sessions may incorporate both reformer and mat Pilates depending on your needs and are designed to support strength, mobility, posture, recovery, body awareness, and overall well-being in a supportive environment.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates classes offer a grounding and accessible approach to mindful movement, focusing on core strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and breathwork. These classes are designed to leave you feeling strengthened and refreshed in a supportive and calming environment.

Gentle Yoga

A gentle flow-style (vinyasa) class that focuses on mind-body connection through mindful movement and breath. In this 45-minute practice, you’ll move through accessible poses at a slower pace, allowing time to build awareness, stability, and confidence, both on and off the mat.
